The Initial Start

I have to prepare four modules for courses that I will be running as part of my job remit.

I am working on the initial one which is larger than the others. I know that it is my first stab and the material and environment is new, but it is taking longer than I thought. It is one of those scenarios where the more the do the more opens up!

However, this week I have started to see the light at the end of the tunnel as I feel that I have "broken the back" of it. I am confident that I can build on this and that the next ones will come a lot easier.

This is giving me great re-assurance in my belief that I can raise my productivity from here on in.

The whole exercise has re-enforced my understanding and confidence that I can crack on from here on in and deliver more faster.
